Shipping Terms
Domestic Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping across India for all orders. Dispatch within 2 business days from the Mumbai rosado. Delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your city, via BlueDart or Sequel Logistics.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on request. Duties and taxes at destination are borne by the customer. Fully insured, tracked, signed-for delivery via FedEx or DHL, typically 5–9 business days.
Packaging
Every piece ships in a signature Rosado box with a suede pouch, care card and provenance certificate for gemstone pieces.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured door-to-door until signed delivery. Please inspect the package on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also write to info.rosadogems@gmail.com at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging with the certificate. Custom, engraved and bridal pieces are final sale.
Repairs & After-Care
Complimentary cleaning and inspection for the lifetime of your piece. Repairs are quoted after inspection at the rosado.
